Upper level NE wind flow is moving across the area of the tropical wave. Cyclonic wind flow is in the Caribbean Sea, from 70W eastward, with an inverted trough. A Caribbean Sea tropical wave is along 72W/73W, from 19N in Haiti southward, moving west at 10 to 15 knots.Precipitation: isolated moderate to locally strong within 75 nautical miles on either side of the wave from 08N to 13N. ![]()
